i just finished two projects and the time now is 12.53am. have been really busy the past two weeks reaching home at night almost everyday, otherwise doing projects. but, know that i've enjoyed myself yup. here's random, i now know how it feels like, to cross the finish line, only to hear that i have been brought back a few laps, not finishing the race; having the heart and strength to move forward, only to find out i've been held back for nothing, going back and forth, the finish line seemed very much just like a fantasy, a fairy-tale story i could only dream of.

chinese new year is round the corner, but honestly i dont really have the mood for almost anything, not even flying. anyhow, i'm going to update about my life probably tomorrow. see you soon everybody.

had dinner with tiffany, cheryl, jiayi and aaron at astons last night, the food's cheap and good, but serving size a little small, haha, we walked a little around, and then we went to play pool, i played really badly hahaha even tiffany's better than me. next morning was the usual 7+8am wake by lana, sleep, and sleep. went to school got another paper back..

Avionics System - 33/40 - about 82%, 2nd in class. this is the paper that differentiates the better students from the rest, while the top student for this paper is 36/40 =)

had my 4th driving lesson today, hmm i think my instructor's a little crazy, he thought i know how to do vertical parking (the normal one) so he's like, okay, vertical parking, full stop. hahha, so anyway he taught me how to do THREE techniques. vertical parking, parallel parking and U-turn all in today's lesson, retarded, usually it's one per lesson. in other words, i've learnt everything (i think), all kinds of parking, starting on a slope and stuff. AND IT'S ONLY THE FOURTH LESSON! there should be more, oh well, leaves more time to practice everything. =)

LANA POO-ED and she accidentally stepped on it while running around (she doesn't step on her poo, shetlands are known to be 'clean' dogs, they know what's dirty) headache. well the upside is, i went downstairs to have a series of jogs with her, she sits as soon as i stop, and she would walk/jog at my left of my legs when i move. hahaha, took quite long to train that, i'm proud of her she's so smart! well, i should've jogged a few more rounds because she continued running around after we came back. hmm..

hmm, i had a really good start to the new year! hmm yup yup, chilling and stuff. although i have 18++ sandfly bites now (not 16, i missed two.) sleeping late, or not sleeping at all, WENT TO CHURCH oh man i'm so holy. everyone went saying "wow wenyao, i'm impressed, this is your what? 3rd time in church after 3 years?", "hope to see you more regularly, like every weekend instead of once a year", hahaha i'm not that bad k, definitely more than once a year! probably 3-5 times. so anyway, i'm going to start to try to go to church, especially when i have much to thank for. =)

5th jan
okay school starts once again, it's dreadful. my results came back, 3 papers. i'l start with the best =)

Mechanics of Flight - 43% (hey i really did have a mental block on that day!)
retest the following week (lecturer said it's more difficult) - 81% - 56% as the taken score (yes i found it more difficult)
Airworthiness Legislation - 87% (i THINK i topped the class, or maybe 2nd or 3rd)
Thermofluid 2 - 97% ( okay this is seriously dumb, pure careless mistake, didn't read Q properly, wrote wrong number, cost me my full marks)

all in all, i think i did a little badly. i have to get ultra high for MF in order to get an A. here comes workaholic mugging nerd mak wen yao. okay not so extreme i'm not capable of any of those titles. school is boring. except that we had a 2hr break, we went to the new canteen, I TAKE BACK WHAT I SAID ABOUT NGEE ANN HAVING BAD FOOD! WE HAVE SUBWAY! oh man SUBWAY in our canteen, amazingly surprising. clap clap ngee ann, but everywhere else ngee ann still sucks. bringing a deck of poker cards around, i instigated my classmates to play texas in the game room (not allowed) so we borrowed citadels to use the cards to act as "chips". forfeit for bankrupts and lowest stash. hahahaha, it's quite fun, everyone's showing their emotions for me and a friend to read their faces. (we the two who knows how to play texas properly). thats about it, what i've not mentioned, is monotonous lessons.
